FROM PRECISION MACHINING TO HEAVY FABRICATION & ADVANCED CARBIDE BRAZING
Good Earth Tools is equipped to engineer and produce high-performance wear parts for the world’s most demanding industrial environments.
Machining
Built for Precision, Scale, and Consistency
Supported by the latest CNC technology — with multi-axis milling and turning capabilities, EDM precision, and advanced metrology tools — the Good Earth Tools team can machine even the most complex geometries with exacting accuracy and repeatable results.
By keeping our machining entirely in-house, we maintain complete control over quality, tolerances, and delivery, and every part is measured, verified, and finished to spec. So whether we’re delivering one-off prototypes or full production runs, you can expect consistent performance and reliability in the field.

Brazing
Advanced Methods for Extreme Protection
Good Earth Tools specializes in bonding tungsten carbide to steel using a cobalt binder to ensure optimal wetting, strength, and thermal stability. The resulting metallurgical bond outperforms mechanical attachment methods in both strength and longevity.
Our process allows us to place carbide exactly where wear occurs, reinforcing high-impact and high-abrasion areas to dramatically extend part life. Each brazed joint is engineered to maintain integrity under extreme heat, vibration, and stress, ensuring reliable performance in even the harshest operating environments.
By combining the hardness of carbide, the toughness of steel, and the strength of cobalt-based bonding alloys, we deliver solutions that keep equipment running stronger, safer, and more efficiently.
EQUIPMENT AND PROCESSES
- Tungsten Carbide-to-Steel Brazing
- Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metal Brazing
- Cobalt-Bearing Brazing Alloys for superior adhesion and wear resistance
- Soft Solder Brazing for delicate or temperature-sensitive components
More Than a Manufacturer
Your Partner in Performance
Our work doesn’t stop when a part leaves our facility. Good Earth Tools is committed to supporting our partners through the entire lifecycle, from designing and prototyping wear components to installation, field performance, and continuous improvement.
We work directly with maintenance teams, engineers, and OEMs to analyze wear patterns, refine geometries, and optimize carbide placement so every component performs longer and more efficiently. That means fewer unplanned shutdowns, more uptime, and the confidence that you’re running the best wear solution possible.
